Not just an ideathon. An idea, stress-tested.
Three rounds, one AI client, zero guesswork. This page walks through exactly what happens after you register — what the AI is doing, why it pushes back, and how every score gets calculated — so you walk in prepared, not surprised.
When you register, you verify your email with an OTP (no password, no account to remember) and pick the category closest to your interest. That determines which AI client you'll talk to in Round 1 — but doesn't lock in your idea. In Round 2, you can pitch any startup idea you want, in any category, regardless of what you picked here.
You're now in a live text chat with your assigned client — a small business owner, farmer, school administrator, or similar, each with a genuine problem and a hidden constraint baked into their character. Your job is to ask good questions and uncover what they actually need, not to propose a solution yet.
Round 2 doesn't require your idea to solve the Round 1 client's specific problem — Round 1 was there to prove you can discover a real need through good questioning. Now you pitch your own startup idea, for any customer or category you want, to the same AI client. It reacts like a sharp, realistic person: asks what problem it solves, for whom, and — importantly — how it makes money. A pitch with no monetization plan doesn't get approved, no matter how good the idea sounds.
Once your pitch is validated, submit a pitch deck link and/or a written one-page concept note. This is the only round the AI doesn't grade in real time — it feeds your existing scores into a shortlist, and a human judging panel makes every final call.
Your Round 2 idea is scored on the same five dimensions a Startup India / MSME reviewer would actually apply — 20 points each, no floor. A generic, unfeasible pitch scores low on purpose; genuine standout ideas are rare, so most scores land in the 30–65 range.
Your certificate generates the moment Round 1 is approved — no waiting for the whole competition to end. Go further, and the tier upgrades automatically.
Free entry for the first 100 registrations. Individual or team. No shortlisting to start — Round 1 begins the moment you verify your email.
