1. Who Operates PragatiPath 360

PragatiPath 360 (also referred to as "PP360" or "PP360 AI Hub") is an AI skills, internship and career-development platform operated by:

References to "PragatiPath 360," "we," "us" or "the Company" in this document mean Coherent Strategia Advizo (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. operating the PragatiPath 360 platform, unless stated otherwise.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the PragatiPath 360 website, enrolling in any program, or using any associated tool (AI Labs, verification portal, institute or trainer dashboards), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

Separate program-specific terms (e.g. college MoU agreements, corporate assessment-service contracts) may supplement — but do not replace — this general policy.

3. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

3.1 Ownership of the brand

"PragatiPath 360," "PP360," "PP360 AI Hub," the PragatiPath 360 logo, and all associated word marks and visual identity are trademarks of Coherent Strategia Advizo (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. A trademark application covering the PragatiPath 360 word mark and logo is in progress with the Indian Trade Marks Registry. The ™ symbol denotes a mark in use and under application; it does not represent a granted registration.

No person or organization may use the PragatiPath 360 name, logo, or any confusingly similar name, logo, or visual identity — for a competing platform, a college program, a training product, or any commercial purpose — without prior written permission from Coherent Strategia Advizo (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.

Students retain ownership of the original project work, capstone submissions and portfolio content they create. By submitting work through the platform, students grant PragatiPath 360 a limited, non-exclusive license to display, grade, and — where a student opts in (e.g. the Activity Showcase gallery, testimonials) — publicly feature that content for platform promotion.

3.4 If you believe your work has been copied

If you discover a website, app, or organization using the PragatiPath 360 name, logo, curriculum, or certificate design without authorization, please report it to info@strategiadvizo.com with a description and, if possible, a screenshot or link. We take brand and content misuse seriously and reserve the right to pursue trademark, copyright, and unfair-competition remedies available under Indian law.

4. Accounts, Enrollment & Certificates

• Enrollment requires accurate personal and academic information. Providing false information may result in account suspension and certificate revocation.
• Certificates and marksheets are issued only on completion of the required modules, assessments and attendance criteria for the enrolled track.
• Every certificate carries a unique Internship ID, independently verifiable at pragatipath-national.web.app/verify — free, instant, and requiring no login.
• Fraudulently claiming, altering, or reproducing a PragatiPath 360 certificate you did not legitimately earn is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mass-download, or systematically extract data from the platform (student records, certificate data, partner listings) outside of normal individual use.
• Attempt to access accounts, dashboards, or data that do not belong to you, including admin, trainer, or institute-only areas.
• Submit plagiarized, AI-generated-without-disclosure (where prohibited by a specific assessment's rules), or otherwise dishonest work for grading.
• Use the platform, its name, or its certificates to misrepresent an affiliation, qualification, or endorsement that does not exist.
• Interfere with the platform's security measures, rate limits, or grading integrity systems (including duplicate-submission fingerprinting).

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 What we collect

We collect information you provide directly during enrollment (name, email, phone, academic details, college/university, payment reference) and information generated through platform use (session activity, module progress, assessment scores, uploaded work).

6.2 How we use it

Your information is used to deliver the enrolled program, issue certificates and marksheets, communicate programme updates, and — for partner institutions — to provide progress reports to your college. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6.3 Storage & security

Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with access-controlled security rules. Certificate verification data is intentionally public (by design, so anyone can verify a certificate's authenticity); other account data is access-restricted to the account owner and authorized staff.

6.4 Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request account deletion by writing to info@strategiadvizo.com. Certificate verification records may be retained even after account deletion, as they serve as the permanent public proof of a credential already issued.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

PragatiPath 360 provides skill-development and internship-documentation services in good faith and in the spirit of India's National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 framework. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Program recognition by any government body, university, or industry association is stated accurately where claimed on this site and should be independently verified by the reader where it materially affects a decision (e.g. credit transfer, official recognition).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coherent Strategia Advizo (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
